Honestly 4.5. They do not have shoes at this location. I am really sad to report this location is closing in late May 2023. I went in the other day and was very surprised to see a sign. I adopted this as my goto favorite location when Hollywood store closed (Cahuenga). The store size and assortment was really good and merchandising was on point. I bought a good amount of things because of this. I also appreciated how they changed the interior often which added to the shopping experience. I wanted to like the Century City location but it is too small (feels like a 2x small closet). When more than three people are in that store it feels cramped. I really like the Studio City location as a second favorite but I don't get there nearly as much as Americana/Galleria (mostly Americana). In the event you see my review, go there before they close (I think) May 25 because if this brand is your vibe, this will be the location for you. I will still shop this company when I am in Studio City (they have a shoe selection) but just not as great a store and location. I also want to urge Gen Z and future gnerations to shop IN STORE. Trust and believe when you can go and experience seeing clothes in person, you will have a much better experience. First, you won't need to return clothes that you know looked good because you tried them on and also, you may see something irl that looks way better than on a digital screen (most always). Don' t let malls and physical stores go because then all you have is online shopping which imho blows s!

I love this line. The staff were standoffish at first but very helpful near the end( probably after they realized i was actually going to be spending money there). The employee tracked down a pair of pants I was looking for at another location.

Two of us walked into this store on the evening of 10/29. We intended to pick up a few items we saw online, including a $298 jacket. There was no one in the store except the two girls working who were beyond rude and did not even say hello. They would occasionally talk amongst themselves and greet "certain" customers. Literally do not go here, anywhere else will be a better experience. We waited about 10 minutes to see if anyone could assist us and decided ultimately to leave due to their rudeness. So many better shops out there!
