The lady is rude and disrespectful she hang up on you she don't answer no question then when u call back she don't answer the phone she need to be fired that's not how you conduct business or talk and treat customers like that someone have do something about her I shouldn't have to go through this or anybody just to get there vehicle or to schedule an appointment

Took 21 times before the lady answered her cell phone, Number given here is incorrect fyi. She keeps her mailbox full so you cannot leave a message. She finally spoke to me after answering a couple times and probably just setting the phone down and walking away cause all I heard was dead air. Very rude and nasty on the phone despite me speaking nicely and professionally to her. Gave me a 1hr window to come get my car. I asked for a different time and she said no, either that time or I would have to wait till the next day. Could only pay in cash and if I did not come that day it would be another $50 added on each day. When I showed up at the fence to their impound, there were no instructions anywhere on what to do. After standing there for a while I yelled through the fence if someone could help me. The lady I spoke to on the phone and 2 others were standing around. The lady yelled at me to get away from the fence. I stated why I was there and she continued to yell from about 50ft away that I am not allowed at their fence. When I tried to asked if she can come over to the fence to talk to me, she said, "Never mind, you ain't getting your car today, come back tomorrow." I didnt leave and I walked out to the road and spoke to 3 others that had been waiting to get their cars. All had similar interactions with her. While talking to them, we all learned that one guy was told by her that they already sold his car at action and to leave. When he wouldnt, they finally admitted that it was still there. We all were quoted different amounts for storage fees. My little car was $50/day, another larger car was $30/day, another $35. Eventually one of the people waiting called the cops. Cops arrived and the lady was nasty with them as well and the cops explained that they come out there weekly over the same complaints as us.

The lady you deal with does not answer the phone. I tried to call today I called 5 times and every time it went right to voicemail. Then you get the message that the voicemail box is full. I actually had to get someone from the recovery service that hires this company to send them a message. Then they answered me when i called a 6th time. She was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that the lot was closed today. Why will you answer the phone if the lot was closed. Even the bank was placed on a very long hold. I got my appt and its only an hr window. In the middle of the day. I tried to see if i could even pick up up earlier in the morning and she said no its this time. I have a daughter in school and with my appointment time i will have to have someone pick up my daughter from school. They also from my previous interaction with them they wont let you go into the lot to get your personal possessions or car. They take there time and make you wait on a public road without a sidewalk no matter the weather. Its already a difficult situation when your car gets reposessed and you shouldnt have to deal with someone else who isnt even respectful or professional. I have called the recovery service that uses them and my lender and told them that they need to stop using this company. They are not even accrededited by the BBB. They need to be out of business or taken over by people who actually care.
