After completing a one month lease I opted to stay but month to month. During my year and a half in the home I put in a minimal amount of work orders, it was like pulling teeth to get them to fix ANYTHING. After the monsoon rains the ceiling over the bathroom began leaking, I reported it and it vvt took almost a week to get a response and another week before someone came out. I was forced to move due to the leak never getting fixed. They attempted to bully me ,saying I was in breach of lease and I had to pay for another whole month in a home with no usable bathroom. I highly suggest you do not use this management company for your property or rent from this company. It's been over a month since I moved and I haven't received anything about my security depost,by state law they have 2 weeks. When I moved in there was pet stained carpet throughout the home that they didn't deem neccessary to remove. I asked if we could remove it due to hygiene issues,. I was charged a 300 dollar carpet cleaning fee that was supposed to be refunded after moving out.

If you want to rent from a company that responds quicker to realistic,negative google reviews than to leaking ceiling work orders they are perfect! If you expect a professional company that doesn’t neglect their responsibilities to have their tenant in a habitable home then keep looking.

DO NOT RENT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They robbed us of our deposit on Redfield Rd in Gilbert. We paid Rent on time every month never late. We had so many issues with our pool fob not working but they took forever to get it fixed they didn't credit our rent the months we went without pool access. Also took 1 month to replace a broken microwave. When it was time to renew they told us that the owner was selling the property so they weren't going to renew for another year. We did not want to be given a notice to move plus didn't want to move in the middle of the school year so we decided to move on our own terms. Next thing we knew they were showing the property as soon as we gave our 30day notice. Upon move out we were given less than half of our deposit back. They said it was due to dust on blinds and dirt on the top corner of the fridge that had to have been there for years. There were also blinds that were broken previously to our move in they did not slide. So they charged a fee for a maid 350.00. When I asked for the company info they paid to do the clean out they stopped responding. All they do is blame the owner and don't take accountability of their actions. They are CROOKS don't rent with them.

This company is the WORST company to rent from. We paid them $1200 for a security deposit and got back a little over $400. They used our money to repair items that existed before we even moved in the home. They robbed us. When they took pictures of the home off things they didn't like, they took pictures of leaves in our driveway. They are a heartless company to deal with. Maintenance requests takes forever too. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Please spare yourself the trouble to working with them. There are far too many companies in Gilbert, AZ or Mesa, AZ to work with. Shop around before you choose this realtor and/or rent a house that they manage. IN ADDITION, I just saw a response. This company also does Real Estate. DO NOT use them either. I think Dawn teaches at a community college. These women who run this office have one thing in mind and it's not you...They treated us like we were one of their students that forgot to turn in their homework when we were always on-time with our rent and were always courteous. They always responded via email with something like, "That is your responsibility..." They were consistent all the time. How do you like to be told that when something is not working well and you are paying thousands of dollars a year to rent. I realize that when it comes to renting there are problems that are not the fault of the tenant. They try blame refusal to help because of the owners. They are really cheap women. My wife and I left the home way cleaner than we found it and they know it. When they take your money from your deposit they do not clean the house to their standards. When you move into a home they have you fill out a form with all of the problems you find, but that form is not really used for you at check out. They know how to get your money. I call that stealing and they know it too. What's even more funny is after you are done renting, they try to seek your business to buy a home. They were kind in their wording from their emails about that. Though no one is perfect, even me, I would say if you don't want to be treated like you are "a nothing," and I mean "a nothing," please pick a different company to rent from and/or buy a home. These women who run this operation and are owners are NOT helpful real estate.
