I have been their client for over 8 years. I am a tenant. Their promptness, professionality and courtesy are beyond expectations. The owner of the building is a genuine person, and I have nothing but good things to say about Donna, Joann and their subcontractors.Recently, the rain caused some tile staining. Joann sent her crew to my ofice in no time, all tiles replaced, the little leak fixed.   ALso a little issue with the sinks got fixed right away. When you deal with old buildings it gets frustrating at times, but I am sure that when when I call or email them the crew will come same day and take care of the issue.
