Please take your business and money elsewhere. Very horrible customer service, and business etiquette. Don't waste your time, nerves and money there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The other day I had the pleasure of encountering a remarkable young man named Gauge, whose kindness and helpfulness left a lasting impression on me. Gauge answered the phone promptly and greeted me with a cheerful tone that instantly put me at ease. Despite my detailed questions and concerns, he patiently listened and provided clear, concise answers, demonstrating an impressive depth of knowledge about U-Haul's services and rental options.What impressed me most was Gauge's dedication to ensuring I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He took the time to explain the various truck sizes available, discussed pricing options, and even offered practical advice on packing and loading techniques.Moreover, Gauge's customer service skills were exceptional. Had trailer hitch installed. Received both text and email confirming drop off time of 8am, arrived on time and was told I was the only install scheduled that day but the installer doesnt come in until 10am. After re-dropping car at 10am, wasnt called to pick up until 2pm. I watched the install video which indicated only 1hr to complete. When I picked up, was told $10 was going to be credited back from my original payment but she didnt know why. I suspected it might be warranty related and asked about it, but was directed to read my receipt for that information. Bottom line the workers there are not motivated or supervised to provide decent customer service- so they dont. They just dont care about wasting peoples time they provide a service not easily found elsewhere, so they expect us to just deal with it. Gave second star with assumption the work was done right I hope so, since I dont want to deal with that crew ever again.

I absolutely loved my experience with this location & my helper Bobby he was extremely nice, helpful & could see my concern & worry all over my face he was very helpful he was very knowledgeable & patient he took the time to give me a walk around & a tutorial on what I needed to know & tips to help out I was very thankful to the fullest & very much appreciative to Bobby

Gauge and Erin are amazing. Incredibly helpful and professional. Customer service is top notch. Even if you dont need a rental stop by for all your shipping needs.
