I haven't had my windshield replaced yet, but it was an easy choice to go with this company after speaking with Darell at the Jeff City location. He was more helpful than I could have expected in a brief conversation. Wonderful customer service and very fair privcing. Definitely would recommend based on those 2 aspects. Have now had my windshield installed and it was a quick painless procedure with excellent communication the whole way through!!!

The individual who changed my windshield left, and he either didn't know what he was doing or assumed that I wouldn't notice there was an issue. I went to the shop to complain and when they looked at my car they confirmed that there was an issue and they would fix it. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because they fixed it.

Impressed.....had an appointment at 4 pm for a new windshield. Truck was in their shop at 3:55; on my way home at 4:35 with the new windshield. No extra costs at checkout, paid what I was quoted on the phone. Services: Installation, Window installation
