        I had some body work completed by Schaefer. They did a very nice job. And they were very professional. The whole time I got the feeling that it was important to them to do the job right. I would recommend.

        I am nearing on 6 months waiting for calls back to complete the original work needing done (trim pieces) and they also damaged a light bar and a tail light on my truck and havent received a call for these to be replaced either. They are angry over the phone and let me know they will call me when they have parts. 6 months is insane. Going to give one more call to resolve then going to BBB.

      Hi, Sky. Our GM tried reaching out to you today. We apologize for the poor communication up until now. As you're aware, we have two of the three parts needed to complete your repair. The third part, a light bar, remains on back order. We can complete the repairs with the parts we have now, or you can wait for the light bar to arrive.
