The company's request at least half down before they even start working on your image. April 30th I went into the store I paid half of what they quoted. A few weeks later I texted them to see have they begin to work on my project. no the guys stated give us another week. May 26 they said they will begin working on my project and then have it finished by the end of the day. This be a Memorial Day weekend I gave them an extra week. June 7th, instead of calling or texting I went to the sign shop to pick up the signs thinking they were ready, the guy told me to give them 15 minutes. I witness them making the sign. I waited 5 and a half weeks for 15 minutes project. 🙄🙄🙄 I personally believe they dont take care of their customers very well.
