It took them two weeks to call and go over my results. My results came in with in two days from my app. The problem is when I called and asked if someone would be calling to speak about my results the told me there is no need and my results came back fine. A day later they called in and had a diff story of my result are not okay and gave me a diagnosis. I went to a specialist for the diagnosis, they looked at me for one min and told me I was fine. Dr Wang misdiagnosed me and Im not going to say why I think it happen. It was pure absurdity.

Going to Dr Boyd during my pregnancy is my biggest mistake ever. She didnt listen to my concerns and when I complained about pain/discomfort she made it seem very trivial or I shouldnt be feeling what I felt at the time. Her bedside manner is poor. She also didnt carry out some necessary tests in which if she did, I most likely wouldnt have gone into preterm labor. Im grateful I found another doctor in Frisco who carried out necessary tests and was able to perform an emergency surgery at 20 weeks. I ended up going into preterm labor but my new OB and the team at Texas Presbyterian Dallas were able to save my baby and I. Being pregnant is already a difficult experience for many women, dont go to Dr Boyd if you want to have a doctor who cares, listens to your concerns and has great bedside manner.

Dr Boyd was a good mix of personable and professional. She took the time to get to know me and my specific needs/ situation. Loved getting to talk to her and her thoroughly answering all my questions.
