Dr Angelia Stoehr is a brilliant and compassionate doctor. She is also my daughters doctor. We both love her. She has a great team working for her. Very helpful.

BEWARE OF SCAMS!!!!! I visited her for chronic pelvic pain, and she diagnosed me with a rare and controversial disorder that I do not have any of the symptoms for then referred me to two very scammy doctors to confirm the diagnosis. The first referral wanted me to pay $9000 out of pocket (didn't accept ANY insurance) for treatment without even doing any tests to confirm the diagnosis, and the second referral wanted me to do over 20 unrelated medical tests (with high rates of false positives) to "confirm" the diagnosis. When I told her I don't think I fit any of the symptoms for this diagnosis she dismissed me and claimed that I did have the symptoms, even after I clearly told her I didn't, and told me she can't help me until I do all the tests to confirm the diagnosis. She also told me to pick up 6 months of a brand name only medication (billed to a manufacturer coupon that she gave me) at once because it's "good to stock up". I didn't even stay on that medication for a month due to side effects. My mother visited her as well for a simple infection, and she wouldn't prescribe her any antibiotics unless she consented to an extensive bacterial culture panel that cost $200 out of pocket and is not covered by ANY insurance. When my mom denied the expanded panel and requested a normal panel (that she didn't even need), she was told to leave the office and never got prescribed any antibiotics. She had to visit another doctor to get treated for a very common and simple infection. All of this seems very predatory and shady to me. My mother has a very extensive medical background and I study statistics, so we were lucky enough to be able to put together the pieces and realize everything seemed strange before spending ridiculous amounts of money. Seems like she aims to make money off of women struggling to find a treatment for pelvic pain. Beware of scams from Dr. Stoehr.

Dr. Stoehr has been amazing to walk alongside this stage of life with me. I'm super grateful for her taking her time and doing all the test needed to figure out what was going on.
