        Bought a vehicle November 2023 and timing chain went out after 4 months. I was informed an oil change was done and there was only 1 quart of oil left. Went back to see what they could do and offered me $5,000 less for a trade in. Also informed me if I wanted to keep the vehicle, they would help me to find someone that would replace the chain since they do not do that work. Never heard from anyone. Now I need to buy a new motor which is going to cost $8,000 (motor and labor). Very unhappy customer. I did not buy a warranty, but who would think spending $13,000 and $3,000 miles the vehicle would die. So much for 100% customer satisfaction. Reply: Burt Watsons reply was they had tried ti reach out, but I did not have a phone call from the office. Also, I called and left a message for Jason to call me and still have not heard back. I will wait.
