I agree with many of the other reviews on here. What makes this pharmacy literally the best pharmacy I've ever done business with, is the employees. Greg is very personable and his customer service is world class. You can tell that he is just a good person at heart, he knows his job, and is damn good at it! Give that man a raise!

One of the cleanest friendliest pharmacys I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I pass 3 competitors to come to this pharmacy . Well stocked store.

So my son is home from college for the weekend and tested positive for Flu, the pharmacist tells me his insurance isnt active, but I know it is because I am a provider at the office that prescribed his medication and it was active when we went there. The pharmacist told me she was by herself and had to do prescriptions for the drive through and couldnt work on it then but would call me back. I called back again and I was told that they tried to reach the insurance company and couldnt and I was told that they tried to reach them and were told told call back in 24 hours; I called and got right through to Aetna, because they are open 24/7. Aetna said the pharmacy was putting in the wrong number, that they could see it from their end. I told the Rite Aid to transfer my prescription to CVS and they asked for the phone number and said they would. I later called the CVS and they said that transfers have to be initiated by the receiving pharmacy, not the sending pharmacy, therefore Rite Aid never transferred it (or bothered to tell me that). So CVS had to them initiate it. My biggest issue is that I AM A PROVIDER, so to think that this is the kind of care my patients and their families get is ridiculous! The one guy that works there with the goatee is amazing, he has great customer service and when he is there everything flows well, but when hes not there, no one there has any common sense. I once had them tell me it would take 2 days to get 500mg Zithromax in, then he came by and said how about we do two of the 250mg so you arent waiting 2 days? Genius! He is the only reason I have waited this long to write a review! He always remember everyones names and is very personable and truly caring. But I wont be back again.
