I recently bought a 2024 4Runner on April 30th:
-They add sales commission on top of the vehicle price!!! This comes far after the typical negotiations so it's easily overlooked. The manager said it's not a commission, but it's listed as "sales commission" for $1054.14 on the official document. Either way other dealers don't have this, only Darcars (all not just Toyota)
-They don't have a return policy or any option to choose a different vehicle after the sale so why not go to a dealership that does? This wasn't told until the bitter end either.
-Sales person hit my car door into a pillar when he was showing it for the final inspection when I was leaving after the purchase. They offered to touch it up but that's not what I paid for

-In the reviews people have suggested going to younger instead. I'll add Koons in Tysons as a solid option (easy 45 minutes from Frederick). Wished I had!

if i could give it a ZERO star review i would! The technician Mr. C Martin left greasy hand prints all over my dashboard and my passenger side seat. I detailed my car yesterday before coming in and had it professionally detailed 3 weeks prior and today i left with a mess of a car. The manager (who i dont even know if he was the manager because when i asked for him everyone looked at eachother puzzled) came to look at my vehicle, he took less than 5 minutes to wipe it down he was apologetic to the situation but I was looking for a solution not empathy. This is truly an inconvenience to buy a car from somewhere and bring it back for a service just for the car to be returned in a horrible state. They have no care for the customers at all now I am left to spend MY money for yet another detail that couldve been prevented had they been careful. I would advice people to put on seat covers or wrap them in plastic before thinking of bringing them here.
