        Rodney in Toyota parts help us figure out a part issue we have on our 2001 Toyota Sienna today. He was patient and helped advise us in a direction to go for a discontinued part, he even emailed a diagram which helped clarify. This guy had a broad knowledge on Toyota and a willingness to help even though there was no sale involved. This is the kind of customer service that helps plant the seed for a future purchase, our van will have to be replaced eventually. Not sure how many miles it has left, its going on 308,113 miles.
