We were amazed at the speed, value and zero drama associated with our home sale. Initially our home was appraised by opendoor and after talking with Teresa we went ahead and listed with her. Opendoor appraised our home at $540 thousand dollars, based on comparable homes within a half mile radius. Teresa and AmeriPlex Realtors did their own appraisal of our home and said the market value was much closer to $640 thousand dollars. My family spent a day taking pictures of our home. We would clean and organize one room at a time. It was very simple and quick. We used our phones to take the pictures and sent them to Teresa who used those images. She also offered to have a professional photographer come to our home. Our listing had over 1,000 online views a day everyday for the first 3 days and was sold for not the $640 thousand dollars but for $660 thousand dollars. Teresa was extremely effective in negotiating the very best offer, looking not only at the highest offer but finding a buyer who was preapproved for the amount necessary. This home was special to us as we have raised seven children in this house. It was purchased for $344 thousand dollars niine years ago. Would a less knowledgeable, experienced or savvy realtor achieved this type of performance? Doubtful. Selling your home and moving is stressful. My past experience is that realtors can often add to your stress instead of removing it. Teresa was always kind and helpful. I personally vouch that Teresa eliminated all barriers, and by the end of the third day, only 72 hours listed and we had a price that was close to twice what we paid for our home and over $100 thousand dollars more than the first national company we went to for assistance. Teresa and her team of experts at AmeriPlex helped me sell my house in Granbury in 2013 and there was no chance I would call anyone else when my mother's declining health had us selling our family home of 21 years in Arlington last fall.
