I had moved into one of their properties back in the beginning of March 2020, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. They gave us heads up when they would be coming to check on the house never once just showed up out of the blue. During one of their visits I had a broken ankle and was stuck in bed and they asked if I needed them to grab me anything before they left. Overall the best experience Ive had with a rental company.

We were 49 days from renewing our lease for year 3 we had custom panted and my wife scrubbed everything from the cabinets to the window seals and base boards when they LIED to everyone on the block and got everyone to move then boarded up the whole block we have not received one dollar of our nearly 2,500 dollar deposit it's been 3 months...there pants may catch on fire and they should avoid telephone wires and God be with the 90 year old lady who was next door

Finally, a company that operates in good faith! Ive been an owner with Red Team Real Estate for about five years. They have helped me to both buy and sell properties, with several under management. The properties under rent have remained occupied consistently, quality of renter vetted well, and payments on time. Red Team takes great care of the maintenance of these properties and Ive been impressed with their help with renovation updates. The thoroughness of work and depth of knowledge is impressive, helping to navigate both residential and commercial banking loans, industry legalities, property searches, showings, acquisitions, lease renewals, and closings. All aspects have gone smoothly. Thanks Red Team for taking the headache out of property management, very refreshing!
