      image Do NOT come here! If you do, do NOT have an employee named Emma process your package. Wait for anyone else to assist you. I paid almost $200 to overnight a package with medical supplies only for it to not arrive by the guaranteed time the next day. I call to ask about why my package was delayed, only to be told she pressed the wrong option for shipping when processing my order and there was nothing they could do to reimburse me. I trusted it would be delivered when she told me it would be delivered! I spoke to Emma directly on the phone about this and she argued with me about how she never guaranteed that delivery time. Because I would drop $200 on something to ship overnight that wasn't guaranteed right? The manager had conveniently clocked out for the day at 3pm and Emma did not know owners information to share with me. I am so upset over this as I cannot replace the ounces of breast milk that spoiled due to this incidence.

When discussing options with you, she explained that the most affordable Next Day Air option could deliver by 5 PM for businesses and 7 PM for residences. While you were on the phone yesterday, your package was delivered at 3:24 PM, exceeding the estimated timeframe.It's important to note that dry ice packaging helps maintain appropriate temperatures for breast milk within a 24-hour window. Since your delivery occurred within that timeframe, the contents are highly unlikely to have spoiled with the roughly 5 lbs. of dry ice you packed the item with.If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.       image I've been there several times and always have been treated great. Sometimes there is a line but it usually goes fast. I was actually in the store today and there were five people ahead of me. I was in the store less than five minutes.
