My go to salon. As one of the busiest Great Clips in SWFL it's best to check-in on line to get a time that works for you. All the stylists are excellent and strive to give each client the attention and service they need. During the stressful couple of pandemic years they are working short staffed, as many places are, so aait times may be longer than usual. Just be patient and kind and you will get great service. Best cute i have had in a while.went back to great clips yesterday. Did great job last time. This time the girl butchered my hair. All different lengths. To short. Thay offered to try to fix it by cutting more hair off. I won't go back tere anymore.

Checked in online and the estimated time was 52 minutes. Got in and waited an additional 15 minutes over time on to overhear that their system is messed up for scheduling people in line. Maybe 20 minutes later a blonde working there came up and said their system is down saying they will be only taking cash. What a waste of my time and then they want $20 for a haircut. Dont use this business if you value your time

Online booking is the way to go. Waited about 3 minutes before being called. If you have a problem with the cut, you have to be vain. The woman that cut my hair was extremely nice.
