Great place! The ladies working there are warm and friendly. Got a nice face framing layer cut and kids cut for my two kiddos. Hopefully I have finally found my go-to Hair Salon

I went in for a trim. Easy, right? Nope. I knew I had a lot of dead ends but I learned a long time ago don't ever say cut off the dead ends or most stylists will take off much more than you want as that is subjective. Short version: I told the stylist no more than an inch and asked her to show me how much that would be so she grabs my hair in the back to show me. (which I can't see) So I tell her I know I have dead ends but no more than an inch ( just to be safe) and she tells me it will be uneven then. Like what? lol. Shorter version: She was trying to say I would still have dead ends not that my hair would be cut uneven, but why would you even use that terminology and say my hair would be uneven because no it wouldn't (shouldn't) be. I was like that is fine, and then she was still giving me a hard time and said, well how often will you be coming in to trim it because yada yada, I don't even remember because I literally got up and walked out. She was already being rude AND it's a walk in salon, I met her 3 seconds ago- She could have approached it way differently like hey, just so you know, you will need to get another trim in 6 weeks. Not like I must come back immediately to her to continue with my trim. BTW, I walked out and went straight to another walk in salon because yes it was just that easy to do so. Gotta work on customer service and choice of words.
