If you read the previous post my Tammy Carter.... I concur!!! My husband recently puchased an Epic 2 for me as an upgrade from a sewing machine to embroidery. What a surprise as I only embroider by hand. Shelly has more patience than anyone I know. I am very picky and want to learn everything immediately. LOL. She and her staff have been very accomidating... taking time with me onsite and on the phone. They are all wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Bravo Shelly, Leslie, Anton and Linda!

The manager, Shelly, went above and beyond when I was looking for a sewing machine. I looked from the northern US to SW Florida. I visited many stores to find the perfect machine and spoke with countless sales staff. A purchase of this magnitude meant going the extra step and finding someone I had confidence in their knowledge of the machine, understanding my needs as a customer, and having the relationship after the sale to help me use my new investment the way it was intended. I found what I was looking for in Shelly at the Ft Myers store. Unlike the other sales people I met, and there were many, Shelly was the most knowledgeable, personable and frankly the reason I went with the Epic 2 at the Ft Myers store. She has been a great support. Highly recommend!

My 5,000 purchase sits unused. The USB stick is nit working. Unable to reach anyone. Horrible service. A lit of pressure to buy but no support.

Felt like a kid in a candy shop. Wonderful selection of sewing, embroidery and quilting machines, accessories and pricing. I had tons of questions and they were very knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend a visit.
