    I don't know how they can be affiliated with Apple (which normally has high standards) and provide such nonexistent service. I have called and called for help with the Apple battery replacement offer; their phone recording tells me to visit a website which doesn't exist. (It just redirects to the Simply Mac store site.) A person will NOT answer the phone, no matter how many times I push "2" to "continue to hold"...I tried emailing through their website and got nothing. I finally mailed the phone to Apple. I have visited this store in person and could not get attention after half hour or more waiting. They always have a line of people. Just awful; I don't know why Apple puts up with them and keeps the affiliation.

    I brought in my MacBook for a repair after I started experiencing a weird screen glitch. I have a degree in technology so normally I'm able to fix my own stuff, but in this case I was stumped. Anyways, the staff were nice when I brought my computer in, but I later became disappointed with their service. After about 3 weeks I was calling the store pretty frequently (around 10 times with no answer). Since I was out of town, I asked my girlfriend to stop by Simply Mac and let me know what was going on. They told her that they hadn't even shipped it to Apple yet or even the basic check inspection they do on all devices they get it. The service manager told her to have my call the following day. So the next day I called and the phone was answered for the first time. The man on the phone said he had to wait to talk to his service manager and call me back. He never did. So after a month I finally went into the store myself after returning to Fort Collins. They had finally shipped my computer out for repair after about 4 weeks of no communication. Overall the situation was very frustrating for me because I depend on my computer for work, and not having any updates about what was going was very stressful. In addition, none of the repairs were covered by AppleCare or warranty because a very small crack in the corner of the screen that had caused no issues for a year. In the end I was shelling out 700$, but the store is closing down so I guess this review is pointless. TLDR -- They are impossible to get ahold of unless you physically walk in to the store. Even then expect to wait for a while in a situation where it is really difficult to tell who is an employee and who isn't. Also, Apple as a company is notorious for expensive repairs, but that doesn't really reflect simply mac.

    I had a very good experience at this store. I wanted to get my iphone 6 battery replaced. I made an appointment via Apple's website and was able to get in pretty quickly (which was important as the discounted price runs out at year end). I called the day before my appointment to verify that they had a battery in stock and a woman indicated they did. When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait a few minutes before Matthew was able to help me. The phone was ringing constantly yet he managed to juggle taking care of my paperwork as well as answering some questions on the phone. I had to leave the phone for a few hours and come back to get it. It was not quite ready at the agreed upon time but Matthew was very apologetic, friendly, and concerned. During the time he entered my info into their system, Matthew assured me that he has replaced many, many batteries and screens without issue. The new battery is working well and I am happy with how the process worked. Matthew had indicated that they were very busy, which was apparent by the phone calls coming in. So they may be a little understaffed right now but all in all I felt very comfortable with the store and the service and would go back again.
