Me and my roommates have tried multiple times to reach out about renting with them and none of us have received a response. The one time we did we were given info that was listed completely different on the website. Wouldn't recommend even trying to rent here.

TBC was the first Realty company that Ive ever worked with and theyve set the bar very high for me. Incredibly intentional and caring beyond belief. In harder times, Lynn handled issues swiftly and carefully by coming up with solutions that benefited both parties in a timely manner instead of taking advantage. I thank the Brandt Realty for the memorable experience!

I'm not sure why this company has such bad reviews, but I personally never had any issues with The Brandt Company. I would describe this management company as laid back but never negligent. Lynn and her husband were super responsive (e.g. helped me access the water valve when our sprinkler system was flooding our yard, replaced our washer/dryer units after our household mentioned issues with our old one, etc.). They even hired a couple Ukrainian refugees to work on several painting/landscaping projects at my previous residence, which really stood out to me. When leaving their property due to personal reasons, Lynn went out of her way to help me look into other apartments/houses she had listed in the area. If there happened to be something within my budget/criteria, I would've happily rented with them again.

A property management company that takes advantage of its tenants. It was one thing having landlords that never responded or took anything about the property seriously while living there but after moving out they completely took advantage of us. We had multiple health hazard issues (black mold) arise while living there and barely did anything about it after a week of bringing it to their attention. They never even warned us this could be an issue either. Once we got our security deposit back they charged us for pet related issues that were lies even though we paid multiple non refundable pet deposits prior to move in. They forced us to have the carpets professionally cleaned and then proceeded to charge us cleaning fees. Even though we know we left it in better shape than we got it because Lynn openly admitted to not being able to properly clean or repair it before our move in. Not to mention they charged us for the damages that were done prior to move in. Dont work with these people if you dont want to be taken advantage of, ignored for maintenance, and possibly made sick due to their lack of communication or care for their tenants. (I lived with black mold in my bedroom for idk how long and wondered why I kept getting severe headaches, they still didnt fix it properly either so if youre at birch street good luck.)
