Horrible clinic. They don't let you inside with your pet. I could not ask the vet directly anything. My cat had ringworm, and they did not tell me anything . Just gave me medication to put on. No proper explanations were given. Ringworm is contagious to humans as well, and now I have to disinfect my home. If they told me I would have taken precaution sooner. This clinic does not care about animal lives or human.

Dr. Kim and his staff bend over backwards to help pets and their owners too! The office is always polite and professional. They always call to confirm appointments and follow-up treatment. Right before my last appointment, I discovered that I misplaced my cat's carrier. I called the office to cancel and they lent me a carrier for the appointment! I really appreciated that.
I also mentioned that my cat bit me while getting ready to return and Dr Kim personally gave me first aid supplies to treat my wounds. Again, above and beyond. He also does veterinary dentistry as well. I would recommend this vet to anyone in the Flushing/Murray Hill/Little Neck areas.
