Dr Henin & his staff are truly amazing! I had what I thought was an emergency situation with my dog Mombo & was out of State! Dr Henin was caring enough to wait for me to drive in before he closed the office to go home. He took excellent care of Mombo & thankfully he is now okay. Dr Henin went over all of Mombo's test results & answered every question I had. I highly recommend Dr Henin & the excellent team behind him. They are ALL exceptional.

A very long overdue review - Five stars isn't enough to express how much I love this animal hospital. I've been to a few vet places in Queens (including Bond Vets) and this place is by far the best. The vets here always make my pets & I feel so welcomed and acknowledged. They strive to do everything they can to make sure my pets feel better at such an affordable cost (Bond Vets was way overpriced.) When my dog was diagnosed with diabetes last year, they explained everything to me and made me feel supported. Despite having diabetes my dog is living her best life, all thanks to the care and attentiveness of the vets here. I can't thank them enough for all their time and care! But I also want to thank and give a shout-out to the techs and everyone else in the hospital for their support & help - everyone is super friendly and so caring. Bella & Boston love you guys! Edit: wanted to add I've been going to this vet clinic for YEARS, and while I did explore other vet locations, I'd always come back. Now I will permanently always come back :) thank you so much!!!

Dr Rami is great very professional and knowledgeable and the staff are very friendly ... definitely recommend this place for all my friends
