Live the atmosphere, clean quiet store, good excellent- to my horror, they don't serve chicken salad on croissant anymore. Still had a variety of good options.

Very disappointed on April 2, 2024. From the drive-thru North Lindbergh. I ordered the pick 2 - Frontege chicken sandwich and a Caesar salad no meat with chips on the side. When I opened it at home, I had some type of a beef sandwich. I returned to the drive-thru and asked for my money back, waited for the other cars to move when I got to the window. I tried to hand them the bag, but she said they dont take the bag back. I said fine, but then I noticed someone standing inside of the drive-thru area eating her salad, so I thought, OK. The manager person returned my money as soon as I could produce the actual receipt. If not, he wouldve asked me to put it on a card. It appears you have some procedures that you do follow. I like my Bread company Im just very disappointed so if I ever go back, I will check my bag thoroughly before I leave.

Love the food but prices have increased and almost every time we have an order to go they forget something! Very irritating to get home or back to work and missing an item!!!!!!!!

Ordered a southwest chicken melt, came with only chicken, cheese and a little cilantro!!! Called to see if they could fix or replace only to be hung up on
