I called Enterprise in a pinch January 2nd, 2024. When everyone else said they couldn't get me into a car because I have Chime and not a regular bank account, Alex the branch manager said come on in I will take care of you no problem. He did exactly that and more. Due to unfortunate car issues of my own I have continued to rent a very nice, clean and affordable rental for my 3rd month in a row. During this time, they brought Issac aboard as an assistant manager. He is just as amazingly helpful as Alex. They both go out of their way to help, very friendly, professional and treat you very well. I will never trust or use another rental place. Thank you enterprise, ESPECIALLY ALEX AND ISSAC!

I was put in a vehicle here through a claim with state farm. The people here were nice, no problem at all. Everything was Covered by State farm. No issue, or so I thought. A month and a half has gone by and suddenly ENTERPRISE IS CHARGING ME FOR THE RENTAL OF THE VEHICLE INSTEAD OF STATE FARM! CHARGED ME OVER $1100 AT THAT! IM SPEAKING TO MY ATTORNEY TODAY AND I WILL HAVE THIS COMPANY IN A LAWSUIT.

If I could give a 0 star I would the lady at Findlay told us they didnt have the vehicle we wanted. But we was ok with that but then she asked for the payment so my husband pulled out his debit card to pay and she told my husband that he couldnt use his debit card that he needed a major credit card but I told him I used my debit card in Toledo and had no problem but we needed a vehicle we had to drive out of town. So after that we walked away with nothing but we still got Charged $24.00 for the insurance and they wouldnt even give my husband back a Refund for the insurance. So I dont know why he wouldnt get a refund when he didnt even get to rent a vehicle from this company

Ive had the utmost displeasure of dealing with Issac at Enterprise, Findlay. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare.
- Time-Wasting Tactics: I arrived to pick up a car for my airport trip, already running late. Despite my urgency, Issac managed to waste my time at every turn. He juggled multiple calls while handling my booking, even accepting returns during the process. It took him almost an hour to book my car.
His lack of consideration was infuriating.
- Bait and Switch: Issac promised one car but delivered anothera vehicle that didnt meet my needs due to its lack of trunk space. The first available car suddenly had recalls, and the second had a mysterious hole in the tire. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch game.
- Unethical Pricing: The worst part? Issac manipulated me into paying $190 for something I reserved for $89 online. He gaslighted me and confused me with hard to understand packages to bring my final bill to $190 for just a few hours of renting. This level of ripping people off is insane.
- Lack of Morals and Empathy: Issac lacks basic morals and empathy. Its clear he prioritizes profit over everything.
Save yourself the headacheavoid Issac and this Enterprise altogether. Avis, in comparison, provides a vastly better experience.
