I have rented a vehicle for my friend as he is not having a credit card i used mine to book and the website allowed and havent showed any disclaimer that the driver credit card only should be used. When I went to the Avis office for car delivery, there was this lady who really either doesnt like job or doesnt like immigrants was very rude in explaining things. She could have explained things in a friendly manner. It was a set back for us as we went all the way to the office to pick up car but had to return home without and our plan got cancelled because of it. I dont understand why she was behaving like that, clearly she needs help understanding the term Customer Service.

One of my friend booked a car and when we had been there to pick up the car. They had denied the car even though it was pre-paid payment. Now they can't help in returning the amount which was used to book the car. They rudely said only customer care can help us and we should call them. There were no clear answers to any question and they don't even let us talk about the booking. Also you should be implementing the feedback policy if anyone who booked a car should be able to give the feedback about the service like other rental services.
