Amazing apartments and great leasing office! Always helpful and accommodating! An outstanding experience from start to finish. Naeema and Phillip are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. Phillip helped me to move in in my first apt at Modera, making it such a smooth process, and Naeema was super helpful when I decided to transfer to a bigger apt at the end of the lease. She was able to lock in apt in under an hour, sent all required docs as well as was able to find a video walk thru of a similar apt, since the apt I was moving into was not available to view at that time. Can be happier with a leasing team!

I recently applied for an application with Modera, and while initially impressed with their customer service, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse. Unfortunately, my application was canceled, and since 02/22, I've been waiting for my holding deposit to be refunded. Despite numerous emails, I have not received any updates or responses from the company. This lack of communication and failure to refund my deposit has left me extremely dissatisfied. While they were initially attentive and friendly before my application was canceled, their attitude towards me has shifted dramatically since then. Overall, my experience with Modera Mosaic has been disappointing, and I would caution others against relying on their services.

I lived at Modera Mosaic for a little over 5 years now pretty much since their second building opened. This is a great community 100% because of the management and leasing office team. The current team Rashad, Stephon, and Brittney (there are two additional leasing consultants who also are on the team I will add their names in an edit who have also been really awesome and a part of this team!) have all personally been accommodating, quick to address needs/concerns, and clearly care about residents and the community. Ive seen nothing but professionalism and empathy from this group, which is important in a large community like this because its easy to feel like just another number. The customer service here is unmatched! I know I can trust this team to always help.
