        I really love my apt! The location is great we have a big shopping center across the street, apartments are big, neighborhood is clean and quiet and the management team are very friendly and professional!

        I stayed here for a couple of years. First the positives: * Great neighborhood * Management is generally responsive and repairs are done in a timely fashion. Now the negatives: * Outdated appliances. * Near deafening sound from the Air Conditioning equipment. * Way overpriced for the quality of the apartments. * No security gates; broken vehicles parked for months in the complex. * If you notify the complex that you are moving out via email--a method that almost every other apartment community accepts, they will reject it saying you have to file your intent to vacate via paper. * Their month-to-month is $3k plus for the rundown apartments. * Avalon, generally is sketchy. I have rented with them for far too long. Will not do so again. * $500 amenity you cannot opt out off. And they do nothing to improve or expand the amenities. * If you stay on anything other than the top floor, forget it. The noise will drive you mad.

        Horrible place to live. Lease office never answers the phone so you have to leave a message for everyone in the apartment to hear. If I was in a bad situation, that is a very unsafe thing to do. You should be able to have privacy if you have problems with who youre living with. Communication with the office is horrible. They never reply to emails in a timely manner. Always over a week.
