        Tim does work while drinking and using other drugs. He also shares information about other patients very freely which I believe is a violation of HIPAA. He told me the names of other patients and what he was treating them for. In addition he was aggressively forceful with some neck work and when I asked him to stop he didnt and I almost fainted. This makes sense considering he has a domestic violence charge. I want the community of Evergreen to be aware. I never write reviews but I feel like this is something our community should know.

        Tim is a great chiropractor. He gives a very thorough and gentle adjustment, takes his time and gives alot of helpful advice. My family have been patients for quite a few years and we always come out feeling great! You will literally be in great hands.
