Dr Steinle (and his wonderful team) has been helping me with my spinal discomfort for almost a year. From the moment that I walked into his office with horrible pain in my neck (manifesting for many years as headaches), I knew that I was in good hands. Dr Steinle made sure to listen to my entire health story and took X-rays of my spine before adjusting me. Before I knew it I was feeling better. Being born with severe hip dysplasia, my condition is deeply set into my body. Regular adjustments and EPAT (shockwave therapy) have helped my body to realign. The EPAT has allowed the soft tissue around my spine to release. In addition, Dr Steinle has helped my husband and my son. After my old chiropractor shut down their office in Denver I decided to search for a practice much closer to my new home. I could not be happier after taking a chance on Health and Harmony. Dr. Steinle has taken extra care to go over my issues and design a plan to address my existing pain points. Over the last few months I have seen drastic change in how I feel and have been given fantastic tools to continue bettering my health outside of the office.
