Even with proof that my van was illegally towed by the Eugene Police department they couldn't/wouldn't release my van, I understand they think they are following the law but to follow the law would mean to call the cops out on this. The Oregon law states that you have 30 days to get your car registration, insurance and ect. I owned my blue 1991 GMC sport van. Hopefully when my court date is ready they will give me a bit of help

My daughter was in a car accident on Friday 11/10. We had to go to the A+ towing yard today, to get her things out of the car. John met us there, and was SO patient with us. He was considerate, and helpful. He didn't make us feel rushed, or like we were an inconvenience in anyway. After we were done, my daughter had a little breakdown and John took the time to come over to us, and told us "from the looks of the car, You got lucky. Cars can be replaced, YOU can't." We really appreciate the kindness he showed us today. Thank you John!
