The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Truck was blocking my car and refused to explain he had no choice but to make me wait, just demanded i had to wait. he didnt care to even look at me when I told him i desperately needed to leave immediately. Called company to complain to find out the owner I was speaking with was the driver that was rude to me. He yelled at me again on the phone before hanging up on me. Lied to me saying he was in the hills, and the call was dropped he didnt hang up when he had just drove past me on 18th and Bailey hill where phone service works great. Extremely unprofessional and rude for any employee, even worse being the owner representing the entire company. Im appauled. I spoke with my insurance company and they will no longer be using this company for any roadside assistance. Would never recommend this business.
