Saw Dr Hunter at the Roseburg office than his office in Eugene for further testing. The overall experience in Eugene was much better than Roseburg with the exception half his staff were visibly and audibly sick and not wearing masks except for one technician. Other than that everyone in both offices treated me in a friendly & helpful manner, especially at the Eugene office.
My bottom line is I like Dr Hunter very much. Hes really good at what he does. Do I wish I couldve had more time to discuss concerns, yes. I felt rushed during both my appointments, yet the care by Dr Hunter was sufficient. He referred me to a neurologist to be certain nothing else might be going on neurologically which I appreciated. Thank you Dr Hunter!

Horrible service, rude staff. Get ready to feel like a cow because it is like they are literally heading cattle. Very long wait times with no regard to the possibility a patient may also have a busy day. No respect for my time. After waiting for hours, you do finally get in the room the doctor doesnt explain anything yo you. Horrid I suggest going anywhere else.

Do everything you can to find another set of doctors to address your eye needs. These people care nothing about you as a patient or for their staff that keeps it all moving. You will wait 2 plus hours to be seen for 15 minutes...they fire staff for leaving work early due to family emergencies such as an attempt of suicide, saying it's an unexused absence! Way to support your team members and their families! Absolutely pathetic!
