        Terrible customer service and the doctors do not provide caring service. Awful experience, start to finish.

        Unprofessional billing department staff that Do Not Listen to you, nor do they want to answer any questions. They kept interrupting me! Not helpful at all! I guess they think we are all rich and don't care how much a procedure might cost. I just wanted a ballpark estimation. Geez SMH GO ELSEWHERE!

        My boyfriend got eye exam from them because he wont take. Clas on outing in contract they wont give him the prescribed for contract he worn contract over 20yer. That just rigor right not right
