PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! The care that provided is horrible. They used Clorox wipes to clean my grandmother during a diaper change. She had a huge rash for days and they said it was because the man that changed her was from Juarez and couldn't read English. Are you kidding me?!? The social worker is useless she did not help with any of the paperwork for the insurance. She did not even try to guide us on who to call or where to call to get my 101 year old grandmother the care she needed. We had to call every time there was a lapse in covered stay by the insurance. During her stay there she contracted COVID and was in isolation for 12 days. HOW?!? Improper handling of the patients. And not using the PPE like they should with each patient. Not all of the staff was awful, there were a few that genuinely cared about what they do but it wasn't enough to keep my grandmother there. Please, unless you can stay with them, and even then, do not put your loves ones in this facility. If they are mobile and alert then I think they can be okay but if not do some research and go somewhere else.

This is the best place in El Paso Tx. My mom was recently there and she got the best care. We previously been to different nursing homes in the area and we had bad experiences so was skeptical initially. New administrator is very engaging. Facility is very clean. Will recommend this place.

The facility is very clean, great food, the staff always go above and beyond to help the residents and they have a very hands-on administrator.
