Disorganized, never have their information or paperwork ready and cannot be found most times. They also take a very long time to test you for urine. When it comes to hair tests, they cut so much hair off it is ridiculous, you will be left with a bald spot in the middle of your head. This place is terrible. I’ve gone twice and they were not ready, had no information or paperwork ready. Even asked me for the person who sent me, phone number?? Seriously? 8/21/20 12:40 PM

This Place is unprofessional, horrible, dirty and ghetto. If you are an employer use a different location the staff is unknowledgeable and incompetent I came to this place on monday for a pre screen for a position I applied for. They collected a sample and the cup was defective it had no read which means it's cheap equipment and they cut corners. They were about to close and wanted me to provide another sample so the lady who had collected stated to come back tomorrow and we can do it again. so I went Tuesday and when I arrived to provide the sample they stated my paperwork needed to be updated and I need to contact my company for another pass or I have to select one of three exemption options Wich were donor refused test,donor has shy bladder, quantity not sufficient thankfully my current employer sent me to med post Wich was another location professional clean intelligent staff ,very compentant people. I provided my specimen with no issues and passed. Now I'm working but it's not over industrial decided to take it upon themselves to choose an option for me and report to my employer that I refused the test. This could have hurt my character and affect my current position as this was a blatent lie and in accurate information and they took no responsibility for there errors thankfully my company was aware of the situation as I gave them pictures of the system software industrial utilizes , as well as a photo of the specimen I provided them as proof. When I asked to speak with Stephen Kracht they did not allow me to he just hid in the backroom like a coward to face there mistakes thankfully medpost provided me with a paper to show my employer they collected my sample and I was good to go I contacted an attorney see if I expose this so people stay away from this place

The white girl was soo rude and slow knew I needed to pee emergency and purposely took forever so I started recording her and she closed the door to the back so I wouldn't see her dragging her feet still wanted to stand there and argue with me afterward. .I literally waited over 40 mins until she finally gave me the cup to pee. .
