Horrible experience between rude secretary and not informing the patient prior the appointment about needing more standard process be made before hand so patients can come to appointments prepared. Rude secretary not common since and no empathy at all. Just overall not willing to help.

Everyone is kind and very professional from the staff at check-in, the nurses, the maintenance worker was nice & helpful, and the provider was attentive and caring. Overall the experience has been good. Thank you everyone at Rio Bravo for your dedication to taking care of patients .

They wanted to charge me for a Pap smear because according to them it is done every 3-5 years, coming from a family that has a history of cancer I like to get checked out every year. Very disappointed

The phones are always busy and when you get lucky to get a person to answer they put you on hold and forget about you. Youre better off making an appointment through the main appointment line.

Nobody answers the phone when you call them. It took three weeks to get my daughter an appointment post hospital visit and they still canceled her appointment and tried to reschedule her for a different day. Its very frustrating when I myself a single mother works Monday through Friday at a clinic and can only ask for certain days off or to leave early to take my child to her appointments and theyre canceling them. TRICARE wont let me change primary cares so this is what I have to put up with.
