The only redeeming quality of ADP is that it manages to pay my employees every payroll cycle, but that's where the positives end. I've spent countless hours working with support and navigating through site "glitches" that incorrectly indicated we needed certain tax codes, which we already had and had applied. ADP applied them as well, yet the system persisted in showing errors.
Moreover, we were consistently charged hundreds of dollars in erroneous fees on a monthly basis. When I reached out to support, which in itself is a half-day ordeal each time, their response was unhelpful, merely pointing to the invoice that lacked any detailed breakdown, just a vague "fees" label and the exorbitant charges.
In summary, my experience with ADP has been incredibly frustrating. The inefficiencies and lack of transparency have been a significant drain on time and resources. My advice? ADP RUN? More like ADP RUN away.
