I was tasked with modernizing the office last year. Scott Norwood was assigned to our account, and he provided us with excellent customer service. We gave him an idea of what we wanted, and he gave us options and walked us through everything. He was very patient and professional. Everyone in the office is extremely happy with the look and comfort of the furniture and chairs we purchased and we have received many compliments on how exciting our office is.

I recently moved to El Paso for business and was looking to buy Herman Miller office furniture. I decided to go local since Ive always supported local businesses. After spending close to two hours sitting on all the chairs, reviewing the different types of finishes and features, I was ready to let the sales representative know what I wanted to buy. The sales representative informed me of the advantages of buying through them, focusing on not having to deal with the corporate customer service, and how they would take care of any issue, no matter how big or small. Well, after much time at the store, I left all my contact information, to include phone number and my email address. After a couple of days of waiting for my quote, I called back to see what was the delay. To my surprise and dissatisfaction, the sales representative informed me she had forgotten about my quote since he was really busy but would get back to me asap. Its been close to three months and I never heard back. This is not how you do business.
