Stood us up for 3 times in 3 weeks then bailed last minute again this morning again. Trash company save yourself the hassle and go with someone where they respect the customer and do what they say they will.

I highly recommend Erwin Pool Care. From the moment I contacted them I knew they were gonna be awesome. The level of communication from Darcy over the phone and the service from Chad were both amazing. I don't need weekly maintenance but will definitely use them for all repairs and major cleans.

Chad has been cleaning my pool for about 6 months now. I wanted to wait to give this review until I was sure about his company. Erwin Pool Care is fantastic! Even with the chlorine shortage, he always manages to keep my pool clean and clear won't, forget to mention I am always out back watching him lol. The office lady is very friendly and my monthly invoice is super easy to pay. They're stuck with me.

Erwin Pool Care is pretty great. Prices are affordable, my pool is always swimmable, Chad sends pictures at every service so I never have to question if he has been there, the office lady Darcy is beyond wonderful. She is super friendly and easy to talk to about anything. Always end up in long calls talking with a stranger like we are old friends. I highly recommend Erwin Pool Care.
