Jeremiah Lord, owner of Trident Pool Company, LLC, is one of the most dependable, personable, and professional service providers we have had the pleasure to work with. Over the past two years, no matter what season, I've never had to worry about the quality of our pool water, equipment maintenance, or safety. He shows up, rain or shine, and services the entire pool sysyem as if it were his own. Jeremiah is professionally certified, which means he takes formally structured classroom courses to remain current with industry standards; the entire mechanical equipment operation (above and below ground), preventative maintenance, chemical reactions and changes due to weather, temperature, sun, shade, dust, mold, etc. He delivers Best Practices, economical and long-term solutions. Our 12-month costs are less than what they were with three previous less-sophisticated vendors. I don't worry about our pool any more, it's always crystal clear, thanks to Jeremiah.

Jeremiah and Tanner came by to replace my pool light and chlorine/acid wash my pebble-tec pool. They were both professional, friendly with my kids, patient, and very skilled. I have worked with other pool companies in the past but Jeremiah has followed up with me politely and gave expert advice, detailed instructions, links to recommended products, etc. Ive asked him questions on numerous occasions and I trust he will make time for me and his customers as soon as he can. His teams works safely, they make sure you understand your options and they dont pressure you into a service you dont need. I cannot recommend Trident highly enough.
