Great haircuts at a fair price. It is sometimes moderately crowded but you move up fairly quickly when they are fully staffed (usually 3 to 4 stylists). Staff are friendly and professional. Once you have an account, you check in by simply tapping your phone number into a terminal at the store (use the one furthest from the cash register) - or reserve a stylist for a specific time from the Sports Clips app.
[Note: I have noticed a few 1-star reviews. THOSE ARE MANY YEARS OLD. One fellow I had a year ago, twice in a row, pushed hard on the add-on options each time. I mean, I had to decline several times on each visit. Is that worth knocking the entire salon down by several points??? Not in my opinion.]
At the shop, a cool computerized wall display shows where you are at in the queue so there is never a question of who is next. If somebody appears to cut in front of you, they likely had a reserved appointment (just look at the display board) so don't get upset. Please remember to leave a fair or even generous tip. That let's the stylist know you appreciate them!
Update, 11 Dec. 2023: A nice lady named Maria cut my hair. First time I've seen her there. SHE KNOWS HAIR CUTTING TRICKS! I keep my hair short and there are always sticky-out bits I hate (especially at the hair parting). Not with Maria. I asked "how did you do that?" She explained the magic. Didn't fully understand it. But it's very cool. She also does designs that kids apparently like (lightning bolts, etc.). Like I said before, keep an eye on the queue board (on the right wall). Three people came in after me but they were already up on the board (ahead of me) so they had reserved their spots. I'll be up on that board next time. With my reservation made for Maria!
