December 21, 2023, looked at hours online and it says, close at 5:00. Arrived at 4:55 and the doors were already locked. Three other people trying to get in besides myself.

they won't come down my driveway and they will either leave a note saying there was no secure location or they put packages in random places at the start of my driveway. I haven't lived here for but a few months and I have had ten different problems with them. I had to call the customer service to see why they didn't leave my package or the rest of the mail. now I still have to go to the post office to get the mail that was supposed to be in the mailbox. I was home and they put a note in the mailbox for no secure location. They also say that no delivery location was available but I have a mail box and I was home. When they don't want to leave my packages they don't deliver the rest of the mail that day that was supposed to be delivered because of that we have had tax papers lost.

Both packages and mail were thrown beside the mailbox on the ground. Very disgraceful and disrespectful. Sad to be out doing my job, and you can't do your's. We've now got cameras facing our mailbox because you are absolutely useless.
