Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Highly recommend renting from Enterprise in East Peoria, IL. They communicated with me very well both before and after our rental. Spring Break is always a busy time for rentals and unfortunately the original larger vehicle we requested was returned damaged by the previous renters and was no longer available. Enterprise called us right away and worked with us to get another vehicle appropriate for our trip. I really appreciated all the communication and transparency so that we could plan and adjust accordingly. We will definitely continue to rent from Enterprise!

The staff was very professional, thorough, and quick. I received my rental as requested. It was a nice vehicle and I didn't have to wait. I had to add more days to my contract. They made the process very simple and quick over the phone. I definitely recommend EP Enterprise!

Got it! Here's a review based on your experience: Rented a 2024 Toyota from Enterprise which unfortunately had a tire issue requiring constant air top-ups. When I contacted customer service, they were quick to offer a replacement vehicle, which is a big plus for their responsiveness. However, the replacement SUV was quite large and had a slight smoke smell. Appreciated the effort to resolve the issue but had mixed feelings about the quality.

They canceled my reservation 4 days before a family vacation and offered absolutely no solutions. The only explanation was the system took too many reservations for the vehicle class. This has left me scrambling to find something, I would think twice about counting on Enterprise for a vacation rental. Don't put yourself through the stress I am currently enduring. Edit 3/19/24: An email was sent and no response was received, don't be fooled, it is an attempt to show some level of resolution, when in fact none has been provided.
