I had an amazing experience with this agency. They were all very welcoming and kind. I walked in without an appointment and was greeted right away. I spoke with Cathy Hummel and she was extremely helpful. I will definitely be working with them in the future and recommending them to other business owners.

If you are a business DO NOT take your time and money with these people . They have been unprofessional since day one ! Our company has been working with them for over a year and we still havent received the correct certification we need to get our business paid! We spend well over thousands of dollars paying them and for what to keep getting told to wait and that their system is down everytime.They have even asked us to complete documents that BY LAW have to be done by a licensed agent and even then they cant write it as you want because they are understaffed. That is no excuse on having my company wait over months for something urgent! I honestly feel it is because we represent a hispanic owned company.and no, there is no language barrier we speak perfect and proper english! Its very sad because we know the terms and steps and even tell them what to accomplish and yet we have to wait on them till this day. As everywhere else knows if you cancel a policy you get fined . According to one of the front desk receptionist She told us to specifically to cancel and she did not care. Very unprofessional, and complete scammers for something that has take them 1 1/2 to still have me waiting on i just found someone who literally had everything i need in one day pulled up and that was done by one individual who works for 20 plus agencies and multiple customers! My company is ready to leave this sorry business I hope you all get your stuff together because your excuses arent excuses anymore .
