I purchased several pairs of compression socks for varicose veins, four to six pairs. I got both ankle and thigh-high 20/30 compression. After one to three months the Core Spun socks would tear and holes formed in the toe area of all purchased socks. I was told that this had occurred with another customer and I was the second case reported. I reported back to the store and showed the employee an example of the hole in the sock. This situation was reported to the store supervisor and the distributor of the Core Spun socks. Jack Gurley looked at my situation and found it clear that the Core Spun line is not durable enough for my active lifestyle. Jack researched the situation and then concurred with me about replacing my defective holey Core Spun socks with a Mediven Active compression sock. I appreciate Jack's understanding and the professional manner in which he addressed my situation. I will shop at Gurley's again not just because of my medical supply needs. I utilized Gurley's to facilitate donation of an electric hospital bed to a patient in need. They disassembled the bed in the donor's home, transported it across town, and reassembled it at the recipient's home, all for reasonable fee. All parties were well pleased with the service.

Super helpful! The team stayed over few minutes late so I could pick up my nebulizer after work since I couldnt get there until a couple minutes before closing. The associate I worked with was friendly and helpful. I needed it tonight and I really appreciate them making that happen!
