In looking at their reviews it's no surprise that the warranty group doesn't honor their commitments , they had to replace a door in my house and after 3 months it doesn't work again , they said not our issue it's past the 1 year warranty, Kevin wont return emails or a voicemail , keep this in mind when buying .

Anna and Ali were great. Both were responsive and very helpful to answer all our questions. They were transparent about everything from the beginning to closing.

I just bought a half million dollar property and I COULD NOT be more disappointed. If you want to invest in your futureDO NOT TRUST THEM. They will lie with a smile on their face and hand you a pile of garbage. I would be happy to further explain with several photos I have taken of my new property as evidence. Been calling their customer service line and getting voicemail for over 2 months, with no call back. Today it just plays a recording that the box is full and hangs up. Operator never answers.
This builder is a scam, just like all the other low quality junk builders your realtor warned you about. Avoid their "communities" like the plague, you'll be left hung out to dry once they have your money.
