        Todd and Frank the Superintendents are letting companies like Landscaping Strategies, 84 lumber trucks and numerous Unlettered work trucks speed in excess of 60 mph down residential roads in The Parks at Carolina forest that were completed 3 years ago putting little kids lives in danger. I have 4 kids of my own and not about to let people poor decisions kill one of my kids. I'm an NOT going to the morgue to identify my dead child

        Conveniently located to downtown Duluth. The surrounding area is okay but Im not a fan of the sharp turn entrance on a narrow road. The individual units are hard to find on Google maps. It will send you somewhere else, near Johns creek. The exterior design is brick, clean, and uniform throughout the community but uninspiring. The interior is very nice and spacious with modern touches.
