Definitely going to go out of my way to find a black owned beauty supply store bc how are you going to laugh and be surprised when a customer buys your biggest tub of hair gel??? Obviously with thin hair like theirs they wouldn't understand....

Racially profiling customers. The lady behind the counter stared and me the entire time and went out of her way to stare at the monitors whenever I went down another isle. It was rude and uncomfortable and honestly disgusting. I did not purchase anything after that. I took my money somewhere else.
There are better stores with more respectful workers and Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Their customer service is excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful. They store is clean, well stocked and their prices are reasonable.

This store has a very nice huge selection of new hair and products. Store is very organized and clean. Employees have very nice customer service. The store has a new owner and they have made it bigger.
